Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, all balances (including winnings) forfeited, and the Player permanently banned from the Platform.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf as an individual player, not on behalf of any business entity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal prohibition preventing you from participating in gambling activities.
During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. pantas88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are authenticated will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity.
In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pantas88 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support or by emailing [email protected].
All Players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification documents required include a valid Malaysian National Identification Card (IC) — front and back — and a clear selfie photograph. Depending on payment method used, additional proof of ownership may be required (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet account, bank statement). pantas88 targets a KYC review turnaround of one (1) business hour, though this may extend during peak periods.
All accounts on pantas88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Deposits made through non-MYR sources (e.g., foreign bank cards or cryptocurrency) will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, with no additional markup applied by pantas88.
pantas88 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating Malaysian banks), direct bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of individual payment methods may change. pantas88 will publish any changes to accepted payment methods on the Platform.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: MYR 30 for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), MYR 50 for DuitNow and FPX transfers, and MYR 100 for direct bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are set at MYR 30,000 per transaction for e-wallets and DuitNow, MYR 50,000 for FPX bank transfers, and MYR 500,000 for direct bank wire transfers. Cryptocurrency deposit limits are subject to the MYR equivalent at time of deposit.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Target processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay withdrawals — under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target times and not guarantees. Processing may be delayed in circumstances beyond pantas88's reasonable control, including banking system outages or periods of exceptional withdrawal volume.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified Account holder payment source may be declined pending additional verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 across all methods unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
pantas88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees. However, cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to network fees payable to the respective blockchain networks, and these are not charged or controlled by pantas88. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of pantas88.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pantas88 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists, the promotion-specific terms shall govern. pantas88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonus credits must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, wagers placed on live dealer baccarat, roulette, and blackjack contribute at a lower percentage to wagering requirements than wagers on slots. pantas88 employs active monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Prohibited patterns include: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; wagering on both sides of an outcome to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"); using a third party's account to claim promotions; and any other strategy that pantas88 determines, in its reasonable judgment, constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Players who deposit using a supported cryptocurrency method receive an automatic 2% deposit bonus, capped at MYR 688 per qualifying transaction. This bonus is credited within five (5) minutes of deposit confirmation on the blockchain. Standard wagering requirements apply. Players must be 21 or older. Only one cryptocurrency bonus can be claimed per calendar day.
pantas88 operates a three-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) as described on the Platform. Tier membership is determined by cumulative wagering over a rolling period. Sports betting markets on pantas88 cover events including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions. Odds are subject to change until the moment a wager is confirmed. pantas88 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances of obvious pricing error, market suspension, or event cancellation. Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's Account as real-money balance. Settlement is based on the official result of the event as determined by the governing body or official source. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, pantas88's decision, based on the official result, shall be final.
Bets may be voided where: the event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned; a clear pricing error occurred at the time of placement; or there is evidence that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Player's Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pantas88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the pantas88 platform, including but not limited to the site design, graphics, logos, game software interfaces, written content, and brand elements (collectively, "Proprietary Content"), is owned by or licensed to pantas88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the Proprietary Content are granted by implication or otherwise. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Proprietary Content without the prior written consent of pantas88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pantas88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pantas88 platform or Services.
pantas88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pantas88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Brief periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in Platform unavailability. pantas88 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.
Nothing in this section limits pantas88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Malaysian law.

pantas88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; provision of false registration information; and where required to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order.
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, pantas88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where termination occurs at the Player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable time.

pantas88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to active registered Players by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect, except where such changes are required by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or judicial order, in which case changes may take immediate effect.
Your continued use of the pantas88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3 above.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from your use of the pantas88 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. pantas88 will provide the applicable arbitration rules and venue information upon request.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
